Our teams enjoy a high level of professionalism and utmost responsibility for our client programs and projects. We view communications as an integrative whole in which the whole team participates – from designing PR strategies to program management, from consulting to budgeting, to monitoring and controlling processes. We see ourselves as team players and work in a spirit of mutual care and respect. The commitment to what we do, and the thrill and fun that comes with it, are basic tenants of our agency culture and philosophy. We aim to develop long-term careers for each team member and offer everyone head space, so that waves of new energy and creativity can surface each day.

LTC also takes an active role in bringing newcomers to the PR industry. We’re a partner of the Ludwigs-Maximilians University (LMU) and offer intern programs as part of the Munich International Summer University. Summer students from the University of Cincinnati and the University of Colorado Boulder have a chance to contribute their skills to LTC activities while completing their credits towards the E-media program at the LMU. We’re also a partner of the University of Leeds, one of England’s top universities. As part of its “Year in Industry,” LTC offers internships to participating students.
